“Jacqueline said “you’re training for life”. So, I started to train to navigate and to feel my heart and get out of my head. I trained to fully feel, to learn from the suppression; that all feelings and emotions have information, even the ones that we didn’t feel safe enough to feel at one point.

If you’re asking me what I found from this time with Jacqueline, I found my heart. I found possibility- you know the stuff they talk about- “life is limitless potential.” I felt challenged, I felt like I was gaining a level of skill that I didn’t get anywhere else.
